Retail Busines

Retail businesses can also be entered into the commercial register and then contain the suffix of e. K. (registered merchant). After reaching a certain size, there is a requirement to register with the commercial register.

The notary prepares the corresponding commercial register application and advises you about all of the questions that may arise in this context, in particular, in the selection of a permissible company (name of the company). The owner of the company has to sign the commercial register application; the signature requires notarial certification.

Changes to the facts entered into the commercial register (owner, company, seat, business address, etc.) must also be announced in a notarized format to the commercial register. The notary drafts the required documents for you.
