Official successor
Notary Dr. Dr. Stephan Philipp Forst is the official successor of Mr. Dr. Uwe Tietgen, Notary. As a depositary of these certificates, he is responsible for the issuance of copies and official copies, and in the event of the death of a concerned party, he submits the testamentary contract, held by him, to be opened by the district court.
